Duotheism and Polytheism
The Many Faces of the Goddess and the God
Wiccan religion revolves around the Goddess and the God. And yet there is often an honoring and acknowledgement of the many faces of the deities as well, such as the Triple Goddess, in Her faces as Maiden, Mother and Crone, or the Holly King and the Oak King in their endless seasonal battle.
The many faces of the deities allow us to connect with or call upon the blessings we seek, and helps us relate better to them. So we call upon a healing deity for some blessings, and a hunting deity for others. When meditating, we might seek to commune with a deity known for divination or honored for mastery of a craft.
All are One
Many Wiccans feel that though the many faces of the Divine are important, they are but faces of the Divine, and all Goddesses are one Goddess, as all Gods are one God.
Some feel the Divine is One, and that even the Goddess and God are but faces. Covens often have a common belief in their view of the Divine.
The One is All
The many faces of the Divine are still faces of the Divine, and as such if we choose to honor, respect or worship specific faces, that is acceptable.
Wiccans have many ways of worshipping the Divine, and all are welcome.

Deities, Goddesses & Gods
The Goddess does not rule the world; She is the world.
Manifest in each of us, She can be known internally by every individual,
in all her magnificent diversity.

only I spell it Nature.
