Uncrossing Spell

Tangle a cord with everything stuck and crossing your path, then slowly, patiently untangle what can be eased – let the water carry away what no longer binds you.

Take a length of string, cord, yarn, or thread. Tangle and knot it deliberately in your hands.

As you do, name what feels stuck, crossed, or hard to move around – one thing at a time. Don’t analyze. Just name.

When you’re ready, begin to untangle the cord. Go slowly. If it resists, or frustration rises, pause. This is not a battle.

When it’s completely untangled, say: What can be eased, is eased.

Discard the cord. Wash your hands, letting the water carry away what is no longer needed.
