Wolves survive winter in packs. So do we. This charm reminds you who has your back when the cold gets heavy.
You’ll need:
- Small pouch or cloth square with string
- Rosemary (remembrance, loyalty)
- Piece of your own hair
- Something that represents your pack: photo, name written on paper, shared token, anything that makes you think of them
Instructions:
- Sit somewhere quiet. Hold the pack token and think about the people who actually show up for you. Not everyone you know – just the ones who matter when things get hard.
- Place the token in the pouch. Add rosemary and say: “These are my people. They know me. I know them.”
- Add your hair and say: “I belong here. They hold me. I hold them.”
- Tie it closed. Hold it in both hands and breathe with it for a few minutes. Feel the weight of connection, not obligation.
Carry this with you or keep it where you’ll see it daily. When winter isolation hits, hold it and remember: your pack is real.
Notes: This isn’t about making people show up for you. It’s about remembering who already does. The wolves you already run with.
